We had such a great experience working with NMC contracts. Neil himself is a really great guy. He came out to see us a number of times before he even got the job and was friendly and really helpful. We were embarking on a single storey extension and the quote Neil gave us was very competitive and did not change.
Throughout the job Neil was very easy to get on with. Nothing …was ever too much trouble for him. He sorted out issues straight away and we were never stressed or worried about our project as we knew we could rely on him. He replied to all our emails really quickly and was very patient with our total lack of any building knowledge!
Neil’s team of guys are great. They are polite and friendly and very easy to have around the place. They obviously enjoy their jobs and it was lovely to have positive people working on our project. The team understood the impact that living through an extension has on family life, and made things as easy as possible for us, e.g. Setting us up with a great temporary kitchen etc.
We would highly recommend NMC contracts. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found such a great team. We know of lots of people who did not have the stress free positive experience we had. We love our extension and we love NMC contracts. We look forward to working with them again in the future.
