NMC recently completed a renovation of our 1930’s home in the Stormont area, including conservatory removal, removal of load-bearing wall, new kitchen and bathroom installations, full re-plastering, tiling, new electrics, patio installation and plumbing work. The quality of the materials used and the finish is exceptional, and they were careful to preserve all of the period features in our home.

Neil himself is just fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we had a great relationship with him from initial quote through to after-care. He stayed in touch on a daily basis, giving regular updates and met with us whenever we needed to discuss progress.

The project started when promised, and stuck to the timescales discussed.
Having never completed a renovation before, Neil explained everything to us really well and ensured all required building control certificates were obtained before completion. He always presented us with solutions rather than problems, and we couldn’t be happier with his service.

The whole team are really polite and were a pleasure to have in our home. They took care of everything as if it was their own, and were considerate of our neighbours when on site. I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Neil Mc Callum (NMC Contracts). I decided to have my bathroom cladded in pvc and Neil completed the job in two days, to a very high standard, I can honestly say I am delighted with it.

We had such a great experience working with NMC contracts. Neil himself is a really great guy. He came out to see us a number of times before he even got the job and was friendly and really helpful. We were embarking on a single storey extension and the quote Neil gave us was very competitive and did not change.

Throughout the job Neil was very easy to get on with. Nothing …was ever too much trouble for him. He sorted out issues straight away and we were never stressed or worried about our project as we knew we could rely on him. He replied to all our emails really quickly and was very patient with our total lack of any building knowledge!

We have just had an internal wall removed, steel beam fitted with additional changes to our kitchen / dining area. NMC contracts have completed the work to a very high standard. We are very happy with Neil and all the team who worked very hard and always left the place tidy at the end of each working day which was really important with young children in the house. The work was completed within a good timeframe and Neil was happy to work around kitchen fitters and others coming in. Neil was always contactable and kept us up to date with what was stage they were at.
