I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Neil Mc Callum (NMC Contracts). I decided to have my bathroom cladded in pvc and Neil completed the job in two days, to a very high standard, I can honestly say I am delighted with it.
Neil was punctual and meticulous in his work. I had no problem leaving him alone in my home and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to others, not only for his high standard of work but for his honesty as well.

In this day and age when we are all careful with our money, Neil’s quote was competitive and the cost quoted was what I had to pay, that’s a first for me! I would highly recommend this business to all, I’m delighted with the quality of workmanship.

We had such a great experience working with NMC contracts. Neil himself is a really great guy. He came out to see us a number of times before he even got the job and was friendly and really helpful. We were embarking on a single storey extension and the quote Neil gave us was very competitive and did not change.
Throughout the job Neil was very easy to get on with. Nothing …was ever too much trouble for him. He sorted out issues straight away and we were never stressed or worried about our project as we knew we could rely on him. He replied to all our emails really quickly and was very patient with our total lack of any building knowledge!
Neil’s team of guys are great. They are polite and friendly and very easy to have around the place. They obviously enjoy their jobs and it was lovely to have positive people working on our project. The team understood the impact that living through an extension has on family life, and made things as easy as possible for us, e.g. Setting us up with a great temporary kitchen etc.
We would highly recommend NMC contracts. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found such a great team. We know of lots of people who did not have the stress free positive experience we had. We have just had an internal wall removed, steel beam fitted with additional changes to our kitchen / dining area. NMC contracts have completed the work to a very high standard. We are very happy with Neil and all the team who worked very hard and always left the place tidy at the end of each working day which was really important with young children in the house. The work was completed within a good timeframe and Neil was happy to work around kitchen fitters and others coming in. We opted to use NMC for the conversion of our loft space following a number of recommendations and because of the complex steel works required to deliver it. From the initial engagement and throughout the period of the build, the communication and relationship we had with NMC was excellent. Any changes introduced by us during the build, however subtle, were accommodated without fuss. Neil and the NMC Team aren’t like the stereotypical builders I had encountered before. They actually turn up on time, do what they say they’ll do, take pride in their work and listen to you! So its no surprise really that Team NMC did a great job working on our kitchen. They fitted new windows and patio doors, removed a stud wall and installed electrics, plumbing and flooring. Neil had a positive attitude and different solutions in mind when we encountered the inevitable unexpected problems. Our experience is that NMC Contracts is a professional firm, with skilled tradesmen, all of whom demonstrate a strong customer focus. Their quotation was the best value from all the quotes obtained and we made the right choice selecting NMC Contracts. So, if you have a project, want it done on time, within budget and to a high standard then you should hire, NMC.
NMC/Neil’s team have just completed a single storey extension, an outdoor decked area as well as a complete renovation of our kitchen and bathroom. The project came in on budget and was completed on time. We found Neil and his workers were polite, efficient and very easy to deal with.
