Neil and his team worked on our 1960s house over the summer. They carried out an extensive renovation, making a couple of rooms open plan, adding a large sun room and converting our garage roof space into an extra bedroom.

From the start Neil was excellent, he was punctual and keen to price the work, which he gave accurately to the last penny. When we had to scale back he was keen to come out and help redesign and re price to bring back into our budget.

Due to the scale of work we had to move out during the summer holidays but needed back in for the kids going back to school (about half way through the project) Neil and his guys worked exceptionally hard to get us back in.

Would like to thank Neil and the team for the excellent job they did on the complete refurbishment they done for my Mum. Nothing was too much trouble and Neil kept us right by telling us what we needed and when to get everything required for the job. Would not have any hesitation in recommending Neil for any job

We hired NMC Contracts to carry out a full refurbishment of a house we purchased in Belfast.
This included new roof, installation of new heating  system, complete rewiring, creation of a downstairs
cloakroom, replastering and fences installed to the front and rear of property among other things.

Every part of the project was carried out to a high standard of workmanship which we were very
impressed with. Neil was well organised and well mannered, providing an excellent service. Even though we
did not live locally and could not keep an eye on the building work, Neil kept us up to date very well with the
progress and any queries we had were quickly responded to.

NMC recently completed a renovation of our 1930’s home in the Stormont area, including conservatory removal, removal of load-bearing wall, new kitchen and bathroom installations, full re-plastering, tiling, new electrics, patio installation and plumbing work. The quality of the materials used and the finish is exceptional, and they were careful to preserve all of the period features in our home.

Neil himself is just fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we had a great relationship with him from initial quote through to after-care. He stayed in touch on a daily basis, giving regular updates and met with us whenever we needed to discuss progress.

The project started when promised, and stuck to the timescales discussed.
Having never completed a renovation before, Neil explained everything to us really well and ensured all required building control certificates were obtained before completion. He always presented us with solutions rather than problems, and we couldn’t be happier with his service.
